1. Put the carrier on over your shoulder and ensure the buckle is fasten around your chest

2. Place the toddler seat over your child, ensuring they are comfortable with their knees slightly higher than their hips in an 'M' position for ergonomic support

3. Adjust the strap so your child sits just above your waist and that you and your child are comfortable

4. Place safety elastic over buckle for safety

While wearing the carrier, ensure to check the straps and buckles are secure.

Changing your child's position every 30 minutes is advisable to maintain comfort and prevent strain on both individuals.
