As much as we want you to love our Cuddl carrier we understand that it might not be for everyone.
We have a 14 days return policy allows you to simply send back your un-used Cuddl toddler carrier in original condition and either exchange them for a different colour, or get a full refund back to your original payment method.
Alternatively if the carrier still doesn't feel quite right, we would love to organise a video call to better help you with adjusting our carrier. Please email us at hello@cuddlbub.com.au
Yes! All our Cuddl toddler carriers are machine washable. We understand that life with a toddler can get messy, so we wanted to make things as easy as possible. Please refer to our care instructions.
